The first step is getting to know you. Through a virtual consultation, our team will understand your design inspirations, answer any questions you might have & guide you through the process. Once you agree on a design direction, our experts will provide a tailored quotation for your bespoke piece. If you haven’t already, book an appointment below to begin your journey.
Second Step
Designing your piece
In order to begin crafting your piece, a deposit is required and will be fully deducted from your final invoice. To help you visualise your design, we can provide detailed computer renderings along the way.
Initial consultations are complimentary, and each client receives up to two quotations at no cost. Should you wish to explore additional design variations beyond the initial two quotations, a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be required and credited toward your final invoice.
Final Step
Receiving your Dream Piece
Your bespoke design is then passed to our expert craftsmen, who will bring it to life. The crafting process typically takes four to six weeks, depending on your design. However if you need it earlier, do let our team know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Once ready, your dream piece will be beautifully packaged and delivered to your doorstep, with complimentary shipping on Solitaires and Wedding Bands.
