Yes we ask for a signature to make sure your order arrives safely.

Unfortunately we do not, as we require a signature upon delivery for all orders.

We offer worldwide shipping. However, due to international economic sanctions outside of our control, we may be unable to deliver to some locations.

We do not offer cash on delivery. 

For orders outside the UAE, local import duties, taxes or customs fees may be applied by the destination country upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary by country, we are unable to estimate or control these fees and recommend contacting your courier or local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.

As all of our pieces are made to order, they are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once the order has been placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

All orders ship from Dubai, UAE via Quiqup for local deliveries & DHL for international deliveries.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country it’s being shipped to. 

Due to the made to order nature of our jewelry, some may take up to 6 weeks to be shipped.
