We offer free repairs for the first 12 months.

Should your piece experience a breakage due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it at no cost. This includes:

Loose or fallen diamonds caused by normal wear
Weak prongs or misaligned settings
Broken locks or clasps

In the event of accidental damage, our team will be happy to assist in restoring your piece to its original condition. Repairs or polishing can be arranged, with the cost of service and shipping charged accordingly.

How are duties & taxes handled?

For orders outside the UAE, local import duties, taxes or customs fees may be applied by the destination country upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary by country, we are unable to estimate or control these fees and recommend contacting your courier or local customs office for further information prior to placing your order.

What’s your return policy?

As all of our pieces are made to order, they are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once the order has been placed.

I bought a Romii piece & it doesnt fit, can I return or exchange it?

All pieces are made to order and are final sale. Once your order has been placed, items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. To help ensure the best fit, please refer to the sizing guide available on each product page before placing your order.
