If the piece is available in stock, your order will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.

If your order contains both in stock and made to order items, it will be shipped once all pieces are ready. If you would prefer separate shipments, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

We ship globally via DHL (with signature on delivery). Import taxes and duties are included for the UAE. International orders, outside the UAE, may be subject to customs duties and taxes determined by local authorities. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all wedding bands and solitaires.

UAE deliveries: 1–2 working days

GCC deliveries (excluding UAE): 2–3 working days

International deliveries (outside GCC): 3–5 working days

As all of our pieces are made to order, they are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once the order has been placed.
